There is a possibility that 70% of the population of drug users in Davao City, Philippines would choose the New Comer over Mayor Rodrigo Roa Duterte because they will try to test the New Comer 's ability of preventing or controlling drugs and other crimes in Davao City Philippines
That is if the New Comer can prove his/her worth to the solid supporters of Davao City Mayor Rodrigo Roa Duterte.
This guy is tough, he is dubbed by Time Magazine as The Punisher, Davao City's crime dropped down and different tourism organizations already claimed that Davao is "the MOST PEACEFUL CITY in Southeast Asia"
I can't even imagine what is the The New Comer's Plan in defeating a legend who has an almost Perfect Government Structure.
